@mcollins,

To interface to DSS REST, you must be able to submit a sequence of HTTPS queries, handle responses and status codes to manage the workflow, and handle JSON formatted responses.

I heard it is possible to integrate DSS and Power BI, but have no details, see this thread.

A person specialized in Excel Queries or Power BI might be able to give you more details.
