What is API Limit 5000 request - open PermID Entity search is for hour or day or month?

These services are limited to 5,000 records per API key (Token).

If you require larger volumes, please contact us at info@permid.org.

Now that I have exhausted my limit, how can I send more requests?

From the FAQ page, it is a daily limit. You can contact permid.feedback@thomsonreuters.com for the higher limits.

Does this mean if I sent in API request at 6PM in evening, will it get reset at 12 AM same day?

OR

Do I have to wait for 24 hours before I send in another request?

What will it take to incease my API limit to 50_000 a day?

The counter is reset each day on 00:00 UTC time. You can see the number of quota limit and used quota in the response header:

x-permid-quota-daily: 5000
x-permid-quota-used: 2110

I have informed the sales team to contact you regarding the daily limit.
