Broken Eikon connection

Hello,

I am using Eikon on Excel to retrieve historical data for 500 instruments. When I build the formula, I have a continuous "retrieving..." and then a broken Eikon connection. Finally, Excel crashes with the error message attached capture2.png.

The case: 07426505 has been raised for this issue, but the case has been closed because of no client's reply.

@hanen.krichene I would suggest raising this issue with your local Refinitiv support desk, as your issue does not relate to the use of any of the APIs.

You can do it by going to Help > Contact Us menu on Eikon.
