What is the difference between RFA_NET120_64 vs RFA_NET100_64 DLLs ?

We have obtained the latest DLLs from thomson reuters to build our solutions and observed that there are RFA_NET120_x64 and RFA_NET100_x64.

Could you please help us in understanding the difference between these two.

We are planning to host our WCF application on Windows 2008 and 2018 64bit server operating systems
