RFA C++ Unicode support

Hello,

When I try to start application in Windows with Chinese localization I have error:

Unable to locate program input point _strnicmp on dynamic link library C:\Bin\MT4ReutersService\RFA8_Logger140_x64.dll

Application based on RFA C++. All examples in RFA C++ package have the same error immediately after start.

Any advice please?

@vita1y

I can't replicate the issue you are experiencing on Windows 10.

I have changed system locale on windows 10 to Chinese (Simplified, China) and restart windows and then download RFA C++ 8.1 from our dev portal and unpack it then build and run the example Provider_Interactive with StarterConsumer. I can run both example on the Windows without the error. Not sure that have you change any setting in Visual Studio project before running our example app?
