Can you use the RFA API to connect to an Elektron in the cloud service?

We have an existing integration using an older version of the RFA API (Java) to retrieve FX Rates. We connected to a Reuters LAB to validate the API. The LAB has recently been decommissioned. The alternative is to access rates using an Electron Real Time in the cloud service. Is it possible to use the existing RFA integration with this service or do we have to use the Elektron SDK(Java).

If it is possible - what version of the RFA API is needed? I can't find any documentation on connecting to the cloud with the RFA API.

Hello @mark.obrien

RFA does not support ERT in cloud because RFA is in maintenance mode; this feature is not added to RFA. Therefore, you have to use EMA. Please contact Refinitiv account team for ERT in Cloud Access Credentials. Then, you can follow EMA Quick Start - Connecting to Elektron Real Time in Cloud to get data from ERT in Cloud.
