Why RFA8.0 doesn't support suse linux anymore

Do you have any test details and result to prove why it can't be supported .

Or do you have any offical statement about why it won't support suse linux platform

There's no official statement on the reason of unsupported OS or other components to use API such as compiler, Infrastructure components.

Basically the supported version means that it is the version that the development team performed full-testing with that version of API and if there's any API issues, it will be investigated under the supported version. This does not mean that the unsupported version would cause the error or unable to be used.

In the API Compatibility Matrix mentioned that clients can try to run the product with unsupported OS, but if there's an issue, it must be reproduced by the supported platform.

If there's specific requirements for SUSE platform, it can be raised to product and development team for the consideration.

2,if we have,is there any developing problem lead to rfa 8.0 can't support suse linux

Thanks

@cheng.yang

As mentioned, there's no official test performed on Suse Linux.
