When I subscribed an item, I got “The record could not be found” and I did not receive data. Any ideas of this message?

You should contact the data support team to find the correct RIC which can provide the data you require.
This error message usually means that the RIC symbol used in the request does not exist (invalid RIC). Try to subscribe to a very common RIC that you know is valid (as a test), like IBM.N
