Screening Online API - Error java.lang.exception when creating new SOAP project in SOAP UI

I followed step 1 in ( https://developers.refinitiv.com/customer-and-third-party-screening/screening-online-api/quick-start?content=7315&type=quick_start ) but I got this error when creating new SOAP project in SOAP UI

Screening Online API was sunset at the end of March this year. All clients who previously used Screening Online API have been migrated across to World-Check One.

We are currently removing the page for Screening Online API from this portal.

If you're interested in capabilities that were previously provided by Screening Online API, please check out World-Check One API.
