Refresh All Files button not working

File "Demand Forecast EU.xlsm" is customized version of "Power Gas Carbon Agriculture Research and Forecasts" where additional button is added to run VBA. About 2 weeks ago, the sheet-tabs started to not update when clicking on Refresh All Files. Thought the file was corrupted so created new file but it is the same issue the next day-- the button "Refresh All Files" doesn't work the next day to update all the sheet-tabs initially populated via "Get Selected File" the previous day.

GMT Cont AT Demand Forecast Tot is one of the sheet-tabs and is generated from the list of files on the DownloadManager sheet-tab.

The sheet-tabs added/created:
Historic Forecast Data
Chart EC
Historical Total Demand

Guardia Historical is the button for the Macro which does copy and paste-- transforming the values in a way that can copy/paste and this is what the spreadsheet does.

Will you help identify the cause of this issue and fix the file?

Resolution from the case supported by Refinitiv:

"Reviewing the file "Demand Forecast EU.xlsm", we have noticed customized changes to the DownloadManager tab. We figured out the code-breaker-- cell A5609 was inadvertently left blank. Signs of misclick are also observed. It stopped the code and therefore prevented important rows beneath it to update."
