Lost Conn message?

Today we saw a peculiar message in a FID on a set of RICs. The message was "<Servvice name> Lost Conn". Wondering what could have contributed this to the RIC? Is this is a typical message that RtGet returns when the connection to the ATS service temporarily drops?

I don't think I've seen this error message before, and in my personal experience it's not typical. I'm used to seeing different messages when ADS marks an ATS service as stale or when ADS looses mount to ATS. To find out what scenario may lead to the error message you saw, I suggest you raise a case with Refinitiv Helpdesk.
