Acesso ao Suporte Premium e Problema API java RFA

Bom dia!

Gostaria de saber como contatar o suporte premium. Depois da reformulação do site não aparece mais o link para acessá-lo.

Estou precisando acessar o suporte premium para postar um problema que estamos tendo no uso de API java RFA. De qualquer forma vou postar aqui o meu problema, também.

Observamos que os valor da cadeia EURIBOR=X são disponibilizados somente no dia seguinte, com a data em d-1 e às 10 horas. Solicitamos que estas informações nos sejam enviadas no próprio dia até as 21 horas, pois trata-se de uma informação de fechamento. O problema, até onde vimos, está ocorrendo apenas na API java do RFA.

The premium support button is on the overview page of the API as shown. Can you please send your screenshot?
