Client is unable to pull Tick History files in CFS

Client Millennium Capital Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd are not able to find below files in CFS. Could you please check and advise?

FRA-2015-06-08-NORMALIZEDMP-Data-1-of-1.csv.gz

FRA-2015-08-06-NORMALIZEDMP-Data-1-of-1.csv.gz

I am unable to find those files too. It could be a content issue.

Please directly contact the RDP support team to verify the problem.
