Screening match API takes almost 15min to get matches

Hi,

We are creating a screening case for Inditex and Spain and it takes more or less 15min to retrieve the matches. Is it expected?

In order to identify the root cause of the outlined issue we would like you to kindly let us know your email id and and best available time so that we can schedule a live tracing session.

Moreover, there is no issue on the World Check One API side at this moment.
