CODEBOOK App doesn't open: 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

I'm was running my code on the CODEBOOK app just fine yesterday. I tried to open CODEBOOK today and it gives me a blank screen with the following message: "500 Internal Server Error".


Any advice on how to resolve this?

Hi @qhumeid

I tried to access the Codebook app on both Refinitiv Workspace and Eikon and cannot reproduce the issue. Could you please check if an error still persists?

If so, please raise a ticket to the support team via MyRefinitiv, select Refinitiv Product and Content > The product does not work as expected (under Product)

(as this forum is more for programming-type queries, rather than product queries)
