Is there updated documentation for the world check one api sync screening steps?

The documentation for world check one api sync screening steps (Wc1api_sync_screen_steps_user.pdf) seems to be outdated. In that document they recommend a step 8 where we call an api to get profile by id but the api documentation says it is deprecated. The api documentation says there is a replacement for it, but we cannot locate it.

Hi shane.dougherty,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Indeed the API endpoint you are referring too, get_profile_by_id has been deprecated.

We have an updated API endpoint named get a record by its id. Here is the link to this new API endpoint: https://developers.refinitiv.com/content/dam/devportal/en_us/product-docs/wc1-api/documentation/v2/schema-reference/wc1-api-schema-reference-documentation.html#tag/reference/operation/getProfile

Whilst your are on that link, kindly note that this is our new version of API schema reference version 2.47 with all its documentation. Have a look at our new API endpoint collections as well. Here is the link to it : (check under the heading SAMPLE USE CASES) https://developers.refinitiv.com/content/dam/devportal/en_us/product-docs/wc1-api/documentation/v2/cma/case-management-and-audit.html#_sample_use_cases

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Virgill

Hi @virgill.pinas Thanks for the response. I forwarded your answer to my devs and they have this response:

We saw the new endpoint... what we want to know if there were some new documentation on the recommended steps to do a synchronous screening?

Hi @shane.dougherty,

Apologies for the late response.

I can recommend the following link which provides synchronous screening (with new cases) steps and recommendation:

https://developers.refinitiv.com/content/dam/devportal/en_us/product-docs/wc1-api/documentation/v2/schema-reference/wc1-api-schema-reference-documentation.html#tag/case/operation/screen

Additionally performing synchronous screening through World-Check One Web UI can done with the following documentations:

https://my.refinitiv.com/content/dam/myrefinitiv/products/10834/en/UserGuides/558024.pdf

Best regards,

Virgill
