Is there a way to query the time/date an instrument becomes available in Refinitiv?

I noticed that depends on the time of the day I query Refinitiv DataScope Select, data for a particular instrument may or may not be available. I can get a "Not Found" early in the morning but am able to pull the data later in the day. Is there a way to tell when a particular instrument becomes available for data extract?

There is a field "Asset Set Up Date" which seem to serve the purpose but when I tried to retrieve it for follow example using "https://selectapi.datascope.refinitiv.com/RestApi/v1/Extractions/ExtractWithNotes",

hi @cabissi ,

Case number 11540717 was closed with the following resolution.

Upon checking the above notes file, there was no embargo applied for the CUSIP 3133ENJ84. If the embargo is applied for any of the instruments in the input list, the details will be provided in the notes file.

For more details on the Emargoed Extractions, please refer to the attached DSS User Guide – Page 129.

I suspect that the specific content is not available at a point of time, and later it becomes available, due to the embargo policy. When an instrument is in embargo period it will manifest in Extraction Notes as " Instrument in the input list had no reported data.".
