@thach.vu01

Sorry about the issue that you are facing.

The RFA.NET package contains several folders for the RFA.NET libraries.

According to the README file, RFA8_NET110_x64.dll is for Visual Studio 2012 - 64 bit.

    (Visual Studio 2012 - 64 bit)
    RFA8_MsgFile110_x64.dll                     8.2.0.2
    RFA8_NET110_x64.dll                         8.2.0.2
    AnsiPage_NET110_x64.dll                     8.2.0.2
    TS1_NET110_x64.dll                          8.2.0.2
    DACS8_lock_NET110_x64.dll                   8.2.0.2
    DACS8_lib_NET110_x64.dll                    8.2.0.2
    RFA8_ValueAdd_NET110_x64.dll                8.2.0.2
    dacs4wn64.dll                               7.7.0.1
    DACS8_lib110_x64.dll                        8.2.0.2
    RFA8_Common110_x64.dll                      8.2.0.2
    RFA8_ValueAddCache_NET110_x64               8.2.0.2
    librsslRelMcast.dll                         3.6.0.0

I think you need to install Visual C++ runtime for Visual Studio 2012 - 64 bit. Otherwise, you need to use other RFA8_NET DLL files.

I hope that this information is of help
