MUREX : Our IDN_RDF service can not be started anymore

Hello
Since this morning our IDN_RDF service is not starting anymore.
With the adhmon tools we can see the below :

The status remains to "Recovering".
For information, the infra is installed on our local machine.

Is it expected ? How can we set up again to active status ?

Does the Provider application still active? I highly recommend you contact the ADH support team directly to verify the issue at the infra level.
