We expects to receive price feed for ISE30 December future from 06:30 to 15:15 UTC time. However, it seems we stop receiving quotes after 15:01.
Attached txt file (taken after 16:00 UTC) showing the TIMACT at 15:01.
We are certain that XU030Z6 should still be trading after 15:01 UTC, and hence expect to receive quotes after 15:01 UTC.
Somehow... last couple days we are receiving ISE quotes between 3 and 3:15pm as expected.
I have verified the data and found that on 15 Nov 2016, the last update was available at 15:01 (GMT).
From the above picture, there was no quote update sent after 15:01 on 15 Nov 2016. The next update was available on 16 Nov 2016 at 15:00 (GMT).
We can see quotes posted after 15:00 (london time) from another data vendor. And market is open according to Borsa Istanbul website, and definitely trade-able. Can you please check why we are not receiving quotes after 15:00-15:01 for BIST30 Index December Future? Are we using the wrong RIC??
I have verified the data on 17 Nov 2016 and found that there were updates available after 15:01.
