Please be informed that the Refinitiv Real-Time provides the real-time streaming price data for consumers only, not the historical data. That means the application can get the real-time streaming data from the SDK only.
To get historical data, you need other products such as Refinitiv Tick History (RTH) - REST API, Refinitiv Data Platform APIs, or Refinitiv Knowledge Direct API (RKD API).
I highly recommend you contact your Refinitiv Representative to help you with the right products that match your needs.
