Refinitiv Robust Foundation API Client Load Balancing with RTC

Hi,

Is it possible to Refinitiv Robust Foundation API Client Load Balancing with RTC? I set following option in configuration but it doesn't seem to do anything according to logs:
*rtc*enableConnectConfig : True

I'm using refinitivrealtime/rtc:3.5.3.L1 docker image

I checked the RTC document and found that it supports the RFA Consumer Load Balancing configurations.
