Issue with Fetching Forward Points for Currency Pair(USDAED) via API

We are currently experiencing an issue when attempting to fetch forward points for corresponding currency pairs via the API.

• USDAED

Specifically, whenever an API call is made, no results are returned. This is impacting our ability to proceed with displaying fwd point automatically.

Please specify the API product that you are using or share the code. Then, you can verify what the problem is.

Flow of the Request is as below:

Request trigger from PowerApps-> Azure Function invoked (forms the ULR)-> Connects to server and get the data.

There are several APIs that can be used in Eikon, such as Eikon COM, Eikon Excel, Eikon Data API, and Refinitiv Data Library.

Could you please more specific about the API used by the appliication?
