You can use TRexplorer for this purpose.
Have a look at this screenshot.
So you would basically bring up the RIC you want to look at. Scroll to the field. Click the info icon on the left of the field name and then click "Table". This gives you a list of possible values for that field. (if it is not a field of type ENUM then you won't see "Table" link)
