Reuters consolidated value for EUR to USD exchange rate

According to my understanding, the instrument identifier can be appended with =R to get the consolidated rates from Reuters. But for EUR to USD conversion, I do not see an instrument with =R appended, but only EUR=. Is this the consolidated value available from Reuters as well?
