Machine ID vs Human ID

I have a Human ID ( XXX.XXX.XXX@refinitiv.com) which I am using to get a token and accessing the ASYNC endpoint <https://api.refinitiv.com/data/quantitative-analytics/v1/async-financial-contracts>

The human ID has no permission to access <.DJI> but was told by order management that my machine ID(GE-A-XXXX-X-XXXX) has the permission.

Is there a way to have my user ID inherit the permissions of the machine ID?

Please be informed that the Human-ID (email based) is aimed to be used with the RDP API Playground page to query/explore the RDP APIs only.

On the other hand, the Machine-ID is aimed to be used with an application (machine).

To make the Human-ID and Machine-ID have the same permissions sets,

• If it is for an external client, please contact the client's CSM or Account Manager
• If it is for yourself, you can submit a request via a ServiceNow (SupportHup) system

If I submit a query via servicenow, which team will be assigned? Order Management?

The same team told me that this can be done via instructions on this link but Order Management didn't know the specifics and I could not find the steps to sync the IDs and therefore my posting here.

I am assuming that the request will be handled by the Order Management team.

The information on the https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/article-catalog/article/getting-start-with-refinitiv-data-platform article does not include how to sync a permission set. It just informed about how to set up the RDP account. It cannot help you with the permission issue. The Order management team is the one that can help you with internal permission set.
