Community Developer site Issue

New User was able to create an ID on the Community, but unable proceed further, as user unable to the profile. Error message attached

    I have contacted the Portal Support team. However, the team needs more information about the client.

    Could you please let me know if:

    • the client still facing the issue?
    • Can the client log in to developer portal website yet?

    Yes — still facing the issue.

    Yes — I can login to the developer portal, but I'm presented with the screenshot Siva shared. That modal window pops up, and the user name is auto-populated. Once I click 'Complete profile', the page hangs indefinitely.
