Hello Boris,

You can use the /file-store/v1/file-sets/{filesetId} and /file-store/v1/files/{fileId} endpoints to search for the packages and files. The ones you listed are probably expired, or custom - in which case only the users with correct entitlements will be able to get them.

I am not aware of any API which can provide historical packages. You can reach out to the product group by raising a ticket at LSEG MyAccount, and see if they can assist.
