Getting Access Denied while accessing the file-store API

Trying to hit the below endpoint to get the file:

https://api.refinitiv.com/file-store/v1/files/4faa-af95-1b506523-abe4-3a482c94dd5f/stream?doNotRedirect=true

as a response I got
