Are the same datasets being used in the Pilot and production environments?

Options

We observed a significant difference between the results returned in the two different environments for the same name. In the Pilot environment we get around 1700 results, but it's close to 2000 in production. This happens when we submit only the name.

There are results in each set that does not appear in the other when compared based on the reference IDs.

    Hi @laszlo.hegedus,

The difference you notice could be due to variations in the Name Matching Screening Settings used during the screening process.

You can verify and compare these settings by navigating to the World-Check One user interface. Go to Admin > World-Check > Settings
Once you're on that page, you can review and adjust match threshold as required.
For more information regarding the matching technology and features, refer to World-Check One Matching related documentation - World-Check Matching Engine User Guide

    Thanks,
    Ram.
