Is it possible to request the CARGO (Commodity flows) data thru API?

using RDP API, is it possible to request the CARGO (Commodity flows) data ?
So all imports from Japan, in bbls. (Crude oil, Fuel oil and Dirty Petroleum)
I want to query this in python
can someone assist me on this from the relevant specialist group?

Please check the available services of the RDP API on this portal. I couldn’t find a service related to Commodity Flow. You may also check if this data is accessible through LSEG Workspace Excel.

If LSEG Workspace Excel can retrieve this data, it’s possible that the RDP API may also support it.
