Dual-listed stocks/ Dual listings

Options

I am wondering whether it is possible to identify dual-listed stocks from Refinitiv.

I am interested in dual listings (different to cross listings) where two entities enter into an equalization agreement and become dual-listed. There are two main types: Combined entities and separate entities.

  • Combined entities refer to "two companies are held by one or more jointly-owned holding companies. The latter pay dividends to the two companies using a predetermined ratio as outlined in the equalization agreement. " Example: ABB or Royal Dutch/ Shell
  • Separate entities refer to "operating activities remain fully owned by each of the two merged companies. The companies also retain their domiciles, listings, and shareholders. There is a contractual agreement between the twins to provide for equalized payments to shareholders." Example: Rio Tinto

Using SCREENER and LEI, I am partially able to identify separate entities because they differ in their respective LEI. But I don't see how to identify combined entities since they have the same ISIN, PermID, LEI etc and I need to differentiate to cross listings which have the same data.

Is there another way how to identify those stocks? As an example ABB (ABB.S/ ABBN.S CH0012221716) is dual-listed vs. Deutsche Bank (DE0005140008) cross-listed?
