access the Refinitiv Web API

I am trying to access the Refinitiv Web API in order to view real-time news. However, when I try to download Node.js, I get an error due to restricted access. I would like to know if there is any other way to download it and have access to Refinitiv Web

    Are you using the API to retrieve news from the LSEG Workspace Web Version (https://workspace.refinitiv.com/web)?
