Client is trying to use TickHistory Intraday Summaries Template as mentioned in the tutorial and able to fetch all fields but getting 401 - Client Error: Unauthorized for url. when fetching Intraday summaries

ExtractWithNotes endpoint is not allowed for the Intraday Summaries. I can use https://selectapi.datascope.refinitiv.com/RestApi/v1/Extractions/ExtractRaw to execute the request message provided by user and get data for it.

If the user is getting "Unauthorized for url" message, then they might not have the permission to execute this request. For accounts and permissioning issues please reach out to the account manager or the product team.

Since they haven't posted the code, I can only assume that either it is an entitlements issue or there is a bug in the code. You can ask the user to try it out with the RTH example Postman collection available in the downloads for tab on the developers portal.

If they are having issues with the Postman collection as well - then please reach out to the account manager to get this resolved.

Hi @Gurpreet many thanks for your help today, its sorted out now, user missed to updated the correct token. which was the actual cause. Have a nice weekend.
