Is there any UAT environments for the CFS API or TM3 bulk file?

The RDP APIs have the PPE (Pre-Production) environment as the UAT. However, I am not sure if the bulk files (TM3, ESG, Symbology, etc...) you need are available on the PPE environment. I strongly suggest you contact your Account Manager for more detail.
