Hi Team, we received the following error earlier today from your end while trying to request the data using below url.

ERROR: Unexpected HTTP code returned from TRTH: 503

Time: 2025-09-13 03:01:36,925  GMT

url: https://selectapi.datascope.refinitiv.com/RestApi/v1/Authentication/RequestToken

Could you please check and let us know if there were any issues on your side earlier today? what would that message mean?

    I found the "Tick History - Custom Extractions - Was Disrupted" alert on the service alerts page. The alert ID is 351471.

    Tick History Custom Extractions were currently disrupted between 23:00 GMT on 12-Sep-25 and 08:09 GMT on 13-Sep-25.
