Is there are data dictionary for loans somewhere ? i see that i can access 1151 data items via the screener but i would like to have a dictionary or a template with the variables names and corresponding codes

If you're referring to the TR.xxx fields, as far as I know, those can be browsed using the Screener app or the Data Item Browser tool.
You can also contact the helpdesk support team via LSEG Support to verify this.

yes i am referring to the TR. fields
the problem in the screener or dib is that i haven't found a way to get them in bulk but i have to click on each to add it so it makes me click 1151 times which is not the best solution…
i have some older templates with a few of these fields and i can then reuse them in lseg.data scripts but i wanted to have all of them and analyze them to figure out which of them i eventually need in addition in my analyses
