Discrepancies Between World-Check One API v3 Responses and Documentation

I am assisting my customer with migrating from the World-Check One API v1 to v3.
To support this, I’m preparing a Postman environment, sending sample requests, and reviewing the responses. The goal is to demonstrate the differences between the two versions and help the customer better understand the changes.

While reviewing the responses, I noticed some discrepancies between the actual API responses and the official documentation.

For example, when using the endpoint:
https://api.risk.lseg.com/screening/v3/cases
I found a field called "recordtype" under the "Result" object in the response. However, this field is not described in the Response Schema section of the API documentation.

Another example is, the documentation includes a field called "caseResultsSummary" in the Response Schema, but this field does not appear in the actual response.

Could you please confirm why these differences exist?

Please also refer to the attached API response result.
