APPKey Generator nothing happens

Hi Team,

I am unable to generate API key using APPKey Generator.

I tried - Type in an “App Display Name” of your choosing, i.e. FeedName -> Click “EDP API” -> Then click “Register New App”

Nothing happens, I believe my userid / entitlements not setup correctly, Please advise.

You can also try the AppKey generator in the Workspace app and see if it behaves differently. If using browser and generating it on the web page, try using a different browser.

If you are still having issues, you might need to contact product support who can check the user entitlements etc.

The app name that you have inputted might be duplicate with other app names.

Could you please retry with more unique app name (maybe adding some word/prefix/suffix that relate to your company)?

If the issue still persists, please contact the Workspace Support team as the App-Key Generator is managed and supported by the Workspace team.
