Verifying Gateway Host for World-Check One API v1 Pilot Environment

I’m assisting my customer with migrating from the World-Check One API v1 to v3.
Currently, they’ve provided information about how they’re using the environments:

  • Production environment: <https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com>
  • Pilot (Test) environment: <https://rms-world-check-one-api-pilot.thomsonreuters.com>

I tried using my API key and secret to connect via Postman. I was able to connect successfully to <https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com>, but I couldn’t connect to <https://rms-world-check-one-api-pilot.thomsonreuters.com> after changing the gateway host.

(Connected error detail is: Cloud Agent Error:Couldn't resolve host. Make sure the domain is publicly accessible or select a different agent.)

Just to be sure, could you please double-check whether the gateway host for the v1 pilot environment is correct?
I couldn’t find further information about v1 at the following link:

  • Hi @yaku_sou,

You may share the following link with your client for accessing the LSEG World-Check One API v1 documentation: LSEG World-Check One APIs

Please note that both Pilot and Production environments use the same hostname and URL structure.

    • Host: api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com
    • Base URL: /v1/

For any further queries or clarifications, feel free to reach out directly to the Product Manager internally.

    Thanks,
    Ram.

  • Hello @ram_nitish,

    Thank you for your confirmation.
I understand that only this endpoint is supported for both the Production and Pilot environments.
