Ticker dominating over supplied name for Record Matching

Hi,

I can't upload csv's so have attached a screenshot. On the left is a csv I've uploaded to the Record Matching API (https://permid.org/record-matching) containing only the name of the organization with no further information. On the right is a csv I've uploaded with Ticker information too following the guidelines of providing as much data as possible.

When uploading only the name, the API returns the perm_id I'd expect (https://permid.org/1-4296547948) which has a name matching the one provided and the ticker CHG.

When I supply the ticker along with the name, the perm_id I'd expect to be returned isn't in the top 5 results. CHG seems to be a widely used Ticker but I thought that the name would be factored in and return the correct result? Wondering if this is a bug or if there is something about the matching algorithm that explains this so I can apply it to other entities I want to match.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It seems that the Standard Identifier field is more important than the Name field. If you would like to use Ticker, you may need to specify other values, such as MIC. For example:
