Can you let me know the difference between Eikon data base and Refinitiv Data base?

I presume you are referring to the Eikon Data API and the RD Library which has been replaced with the newer LD Library.
The backend data source for both these products is same. There might be some minor difference in which how data might be formatted etc, but overall they are similar.
