DSS 401 Forbidden Error

Raising this on behalf of my colleague who is experiencing issues when running a DSS script:

> dss_auth(user_id = 'XXXXX', password = 'XXXXXX', force = TRUE)

Error in `httr2::req_perform()`:

! HTTP 401 Unauthorized.

I have 'x'd' out the account details. Please can somebody provide some inclination as what this error is signifying?

The error indicates that this account is unauthorized, could you please try login to the DSS UI at https://select.datascope.refinitiv.com/DataScope/

If the issue still persists, please contact your LSEG account representative to check your DSS account.
