Why have TR.EV.currency and TR.F.EV.currency stopped working again?

The fields TR.EV.currency and TR.F.EV.currency have stopped working again (this has happened in the past as well).For example, the Python commanddf=dl.get_data(['GOOGL.OQ','AAPL.OQ','LVMH.PA','RKT.L','MELI.OQ'], ['TR.ISINCode','TR.InstrumentType','AVAIL(TR.CommonName,TR.CompanyName)','TR.CompanyMarketCap.currency','AVAIL(TR.EV.currency,TR.F.EV.currency)'], \parameters={'NULL':'Blank'})returns empty for these fields (see attachment).

Hello @Jirapongse, the issue is happening intermittently, yesterday the code is not providing any results at all same with the client. Can you please confirm what are the possible reasons as to why it is re-occurring? Do we have any alternate codes that we can use for this instead?

The library just retrieves data from the endpoint so the problem should be in the endpoint that provides this data.

If you would like to find a reason, you need to contact the product support team to verify this issue in the endpoint.

I don't have a direct contact for the endpoint team so you need to raise this issue to the product support team via LSEG Support.
