Starting in 11/2025 began getting 500 "Internal Server Error" for fetchResults API call

for some reason, we seem to be getting lots of 500 responses for fetchResults calls. This never used to happen and only started in November of this year. No changes were made, and all other calls work. Most of the fetchResults calls even succeed as well, it's just some. We've found that simply re-running them results in success most of the time, but are unsure why this could be. Any assistance or insight would be incredibly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out, If you encountered an HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error), it usually means the server couldn’t process the request. These errors are often temporary, so retrying can help. To handle this gracefully, we recommend implementing a brief delay between API calls and also an exponential back-off retry strategy with a maximum of 5 retries.
