Constituents via Chain object only pulling current despite date pparameters

I recently ran into the issue of not being able to pull historical constituents using Chain objects as shown in the GitHub (ie: as of 12/31/2020). This worked for me previously, but as of today is exclusively pulling what appears to be the current consts no matter the date specific in the Chain attribute and parameters.

The other sub-modules such as leavers and joiners don't appear to be problematic, just this one. I've checked across multiple indices that I know I have access to, as shown in the Workspace desktop app. I've also checked using cases where the historical date was sure to be a trading day. Any idea what the issue would be?

I found that the following formula in the Workspace Excel also doesn't work so this could be a content issue.

=@RDP.Data("0#.FTSE(20100101)","TR.IndexConstituentRIC","CH=Fd RH=IN",B2)
