When I try to connect to VPN, I see the following error popping up.
configuration: windows XP, 64-Bit
**Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the client.
Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding**

Are you using a hard token or a soft token? Are you connecting via the client that gets automatically installed at remote.thomsonreuters.com? 4HELP might have more info.
