Code change notification

I'd like to sign up for automatic notification of any code changes to the Cobalt module(s) I'm interested in. How do I do that? I've tried configuring it in Team Web Access, under Settings -> Team Project -> Alerts, but notifications aren't coming. Could I be doing something wrong or are people setting up notification differently?

In TFS Source Control, right-click on the project folder, then select Alert on Change...

Thanks. That was enough info for me to discoverthat I didn't have TFS Power Tools installed, which makes that option and the Team -> Alerts Explorer option available. With the latter, I was able to actually look at the query created with the former, and saw that it was different from the non-working one I had created earlier via Team Web Access.
