Error return from UNSPECIFIED Single Name Check

Hi All,

I have tried to run a single name screening in WC1 with Unspecified Entity type selected.

There's an error returned.

Please advise what i have missed .

Looks like issue in our pilot environment only.I tested in UAT environment and it's working fine as expected.

Hi All,

I found out i have no problem to screen the UNSPECIFIED name in another environment.

The only difference is the user role including CaseManager/Screener.

Is it the reason why?

Please advise how to add this role for my ID.

Hi @Chung Ching John.Chan,

In our pilot environment CaseManager/Screener role was missing.You can add role via below steps

Admin->User->Select The user->Right hand side click the Edit Button.After clicking the edit you can assign a role whatever available in your environment.I have attached the screenshot for pilot environment.

Hi Shilpi,

It seems like i have right to screen the case.

But i still got the error message today when i try to screen the name with Unspecified Entity Type.
