How many simultaneous connections does EZD support?

Hi - my question is - how many client applications are supported by EZD proxy? Our client is built on RFA 8 API, and we seem to have hit a bottleneck. There is one client always running on Test environment and we need at least two more Dev clients to connect to same EZD proxy simultaneously. Can this configuration work? Sofar we are able to connect two clients simultaneously and the third connection fails.

    Hello @Alex.K,

    A single instance of Elektron Connect, via EZD daemon, allows maximum of 2 or 3 application connections, this is defined by ILA(s) assigned to you.

    Your permissioning can be verified with you TR account team, My Thomson Reuters Account or in person.

    As your project requires more mounts, we would like to suggest discussing your requirements with your local TR account team, they are your best resource to advise on requirements. Possible approaches include additional instances of EC, higher end connectivity options, etc.
